How the handover works — the ground rules
01A curated short list.

We recommend two to three partner firms per project, matched to your brand, scale and budget. Never a single default vendor.

02We coordinate the interface.

Your project lead manages the handover between builder and AEGIS operations — flowers styled to the stand, catering placed to the visitor flow.

03You own the relationship.

Your contract is directly with the builder. We stay transparent, never take referral fees that are not disclosed to you.

04Pre-qualified partners.

Every partner has delivered stands we would be proud to put our name on. We remove firms that do not meet our quality bar.

05Consistent standards.

Briefing templates, timeline rituals, installation inspections — the same discipline we apply to hospitality, applied to the build.

06You keep one point of contact.

No matter how many vendors the project touches, you still talk to one AEGIS lead. We handle the rest.
