We believe an exhibition is won or lost in the quiet hours before the hall opens — in the briefings, the timings, the interpreter who was already on site, the coffee that was already brewing.

We founded AEGIS EXPO because international exhibitors kept telling us the same story: the stand looked great, the product was ready, the team was booked in — and yet something small fell through every single fair. A late driver. A mis-briefed hostess. An interpreter who spoke the language but not the commerce.

We treat those small things as our core business. They are what clients remember — and what costs them meetings.
